The apartment is located in an apartment house in Rußbach, 24Km from the highway Salzburg / Villach - about 40 minutes drive from Salzburg.

  • It offers a kitchen line, a bathroom with shower and a combined bedroom and living room. Cable TV.
  • A double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people to sleep.
  • On the balcony you can see and observe the slope to the mountain station of the Hornbahn.
  • The apartment is 35m² in size and was completely renovated in 2012.
  • On the same floor is a sauna that can be used for a small fee.
  • In the basement there is a ski room.
  • Opposite the entrance there is a supermarket. Every day except Sunday it is open from 7:30 clock.
  • In winter the free bus to the ski lift departs about 30 meters from the entrance. The lift is only about 500m away and can be easily reached on foot too. It is the entry to the ski region Dachstein-West with more than 140Km pistes.
  • Next to the apartment house is a hotel. They offer breakfast for about 8 Euro. The hotel can be reached directly across the street, but also through the parking garage.
  • Approximately 200m from the house there is a swimming pool and leisure center (summer only).
